Recruitment Services for Offshore Accounting Jobs: We specialize in finding employment for qualified and nearly qualified accounting professionals (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, CGA) and other qualified finance professionals (fund administration, investment management, captive insurance management) in offshore jurisdictions including Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands (BVI) although we also place people elsewhere in the Caribbean. We are currently interviewing accounting professionals to fill a large number of audit senior and audit manager jobs within Big 4 and Big 10 accounting firms in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands with an August to October 2008 start date as well as many financial accounting jobs, fund accounting jobs and account manager jobs in industry. The Recruitment Process: Once you contact us, we will set up an initial job interview (usually by phone), at which time we can answer most of your questions and discuss what type of job you are looking for and what type of job you are best suited for. We will set up interviews with employers for you during times agreed to by yourself. Interviews with employers will usually be done via telephone, however in some circumstances, they will fly over to meet you or you will fly over to meet them. If you are successful in your first interview, you will usually have a second phone interview prior to being given an offer. Job offers are conditional upon a work permit being issued by the Immigration authorities. It is the employer’s responsibility to apply for the work permit (with forms that you fill out and information that you provide) upon your acceptance of a position.
