CAYMAN ISLANDS OVERVIEW

    The Cayman Islands (known locally as 'Cayman') are the fifth largest financial centre in the world leading to a large
    number for accountants, actuaries, IT specialists and other finance professionals .

    The Cayman Islands, which are part of the Caribbean, are located about 160 miles south of Miami, Florida. Cayman is
    made up of 3 islands - Grand Cayman (the largest), Little Cayman and Cayman Brac and comprise about 100 square miles
    in total land area.  Temperatures generally range from about 70 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit on these tropical
    islands.  The average is 78 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter and about 84 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer.

    This self-governing British Territory has a population close to 45,000 with expatriates making up about 47% of the
    population.  Over 58% of the jobs in Cayman are filled by expatriates.

    The Cayman dollar is equivalent to $1.25 US dollars and both currencies are accepted on the island.

    The main language is English.
